This includes but is not limited to the development of all-training materials and training manuals for each department within the area. Additionally, the development of a Quality Assurance plan including quality standards and monitoring and improvement forms for each department. Other duties as assigned. Highly Functional in all aspects of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to research and decipher state regulations to ensure compliance. Proficient in the English language, proper grammar and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Self-starter, detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
